Volcano Taal erupts in the Philippines – larger eruption imminent

While our co-workers across the Philippines organised Christmas celebrations for their churches and the children, they were also busy responding to an earthquake on Mindanao and typhoons across the central Philippines. Another Typhoon hits the Philippines

Many parts of the Visayas region, and San Jose on Mindoro island, have been seriously devastated over Christmas by typhoon Ursula (aka Phanfone) that has left 28 dead – and more missing – across the centre of the Philippines.
